Ticket Information

  • Tickets are based on availability. Please purchase tickets in advance, as some cruises are subject to sell out. The Harriott II has a NO REFUND POLICY.

  • Tickets must be purchased a minimum of 48 hours in advance for any cruise serving a meal.

  • Tickets purchased will place you on our Harriott II guest list. Please go through the Tunnel Entrance to Riverfront Park at 255 Commerce to board the riverboat.

  • The minimum limit for cruising is 35 paying customers. If there are not at least 35 tickets sold then the boat may not cruise. All guests will be offered substitute cruise placement if such decision is made.

  • Our main box office is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm by appointment only and is located at Biscuits Stadium on 200 Coosa Street. To make an appointment, please call (334) 625-2100.
